One BIG event this month has been Nyla getting her first bike helmet. This was a major event because Nyla has been totally obsessed with helmets for awhile now.

She put it to use right away, following all of the safety rules on her bike.

The next morning she was ready for more. She discovered that the helmet was a great accessory and really helped with those unexpected falls and head bonks. Unfortunately, I didn't have the camera with me to take the pictures in the car and at the store where she was still wearing her new pink helmet...
