Look what I'm learning!

I'm four months and have learned so much!! Just last week I learned to keep this stupid plastic thing in my mouth (which made Mom and Dad very happy) and I finally got some milk out of that toxic silicon nipple they've been sticking in my face for the last 3 months. I just want the real thing, but they keep insisting on these fake ones. Oh well, at least I have my Bumbo chair...

October '05

Nyla will be 4 months old tomorrow and has had some major milestones this month. She's a talkative and smiley little opinionated bundle of love. Here's the month in review...

Here she is snoozing in the swing with her toy we fondly call "road kill."

Snoozing again. She's developed a fondness for her thumb, but can't quite figure out what to do with those other pesky fingers.

Nyla figured out how to roll from her tummy to her back but then quickly grew tired of it. She has now moved on to learning to walk. Here she and papa take a break from "tummy time" to smile for the camera.

What an exhausting month! Luckily we make time for lots of naps.
